What is “metrics.articulate.com” in the scorm package?

Thank you very much StevenBenassi . In this case, if I understand correctly, by unchecking the Privacy box, all my future projects will no longer communicate with “metrics.articulate.com”, and will no longer allow Articulate “to continually improve its products”, which I don't really want. At least, not until I tick it again.
And to be even more precise: if I export a finished project in scorm today, with the Privacy box unchecked, then the customer installs it on his LMS, without any further contact with me: the project no longer communicates with “metrics.articulate”? Even if I check the Privacy box again when creating my project. Maybe it's a silly question.
Finally, and most importantly, so that I can explain to my customer: please confirm that only the necessary information on the learner's behavior/interaction with the application is transmitted, and absolutely no content information, sensitive or simply wanting to remain private.
