Which is the best image format for Rise and Storyline?
I see that Rise has a maximum side of 5GB for audio and video files. I also see videos are best in 16:9 aspect ratio. I'm seeking information in a couple area of all file types that can be used in Rise for Audio, Video, and Images.

Keep in mind that while Rise allows for very large media files, most Learning Management Systems have a limit for the maximum size of the ZIP file that can be imported into the LMS.
The ZIP file limit for our LMS is 40 MB, and one video can exceed that.
