Hi FernandoSoasti,
Thanks for reaching out! I'm happy to help!
If I understand correctly, you're looking for a seamless way to incorporate your Storyline course into your Rise course without any white lines showing up in the block. Is that right?
Here's a quick Peek where I walk you through these steps to modify the color so that you avoid those white lines showing up in your Rise 360 course by making sure the custom color is set in both the player for your Storyline project and your Rise 360 block. In Storyline 360:
- Go ahead and open the Player Properties and navigate to the Features tab. Then remove any player controls that you no longer need.
- From there, navigate to the Colors and Effects button. You'll want to change the Background color to the desired color you wish to see in Rise 360. Be mindful to make note of or copy/paste the hex code for an easy transition into your Rise 360 course.
- Once you're finished, publish the course to Review 360.
Next, pop over to Rise 360:
- Navigate over to your Storyline Block and insert the latest version of your Storyline project with the updated background player.
- In the top left corner of the block, select the Style button and select Custom.
- Click on the hex code to change to the desired color.
- Once you've completed this change, preview your course. You'll see a seamless transition from your Storyline player to the Storyline block!
I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions!
