Why is Menu, Transcript, etc. not appearing in the file?
Hello. Although I didn't develop this module, I was asked to swap out the audio. For some reason, the Menu, Transcript, Resources and Navigation are checked in the Player, but don't appear in Review or Preview. I need to keep the "Classic Player," and need these items to be visible. I can't figure out why they aren't showing. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.

It looks like Jürgen has found that your file includes all of the menu/transcript properties. Good news!
As a first step, I recommend double-checking that Storyline 360 is running the latest version on your device (Build 3.68.28887.0).
