why someone cannot load SCORM content in LMS

Hi Community,   I recently received an question - one of our employee said she cannot load SCORM content in our LMS. When she clicked on 'launch content', a window pops up, but it's always blank....

In addition to JHauglie's questions, I'm curious if this happens for a specific course or multiple courses. Have they tried republishing the course and uploading it in the LMS again? If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out!
