Workday LMS - SCORM Interaction Responses

We are building Knowledge Assessments in RISE and uploading those to Workday.  When we look at Workday reporting, the interaction response is returning with either urn:scormdriver:Aspirin or urn:scormdriver:Aspirin%20Daily instead of just showing that the person selected Aspirin as their answer. 

We are unsure how to resolve this. Is this a Workday issue or is there a setting we are missing when we publish? 

Also, we are using the Magic quiz import feature for build. 

Quiz Settings:

Unlimited Retries

80% passing score

LMS Settings:
SCORM 2004 - 4th Edition

Tracking = quiz result

Reporting = Passed/Incomplete
