Workday LMS Interaction Data
I have been having a discussion with my company Workday team and they received from Workday support that "Based on the error messages provided and logs in the Word file, looks the issue is related to the SCORM file configuration. I recommend you to contact the Content Vendor Provide for checking configuration."
The issue is that I am trying to use a SCORM 2004 (4th Edition) file in our Workday and get only course completion information, not the lesson interaction data. I have a screenshot below to show.
I ran the file through SCORM Cloud and here is a link to the debug file:
I'm not sure what is wrong because it appears to me that it is giving the data on the questions, like what the question should be, answer, result, question type, and timestamp. The SCORM 1.2 files when tested provide all of this information except for the Question. Example image below.
Workday is new for us, so my company Workday team has no idea what any of this stuff is or what the debug logs have to do with it, so any guidance would be appreciated on how we get Workday to work and present this information or what to bring up to the Workday support team to get this remedied.

According to the debug file, it appears to be generating and sending the interaction data correctly. The SCORM Cloud log shows that the SCORM package is successfully sending cmi.interactions data, including learner responses and results. The remaining question is whether Workday is configured to capture and expose that data.
Unfortunately, I am not familiar enough with Workday to point you to the relevant configuration. I suggest choosing either “Passed/Incomplete” or “Passed/Failed” under Reporting and Tracking Options. In either case, make sure “When the learner completes a quiz” is selected under Tracking.
