"Your Computer is Offline" error

Yes, I think it is.  Tried to do the online chat with articulate support but it's not working.  I was in the middle of making a lot of changes to my course so I'm hoping it saved.   Noticed it was down yesterday too looking at the system status history.  https://www.articulatestatus.com/

I'm getting the same error message, even though I'm definitely online.

Hi folks! Earlier today, we had some technical problems in Rise resulting in a session time out or a page indicating it’s offline. We know you count on being able to use Rise, and we’re sorry for the trouble. We have resolved this at around 10:45pm EST and you should now be able to use Rise without any issues.
