Iron Butterfly Records — A Knowledge Management Microlearning Experience

I built Iron Butterfly Records - a fictional record label that uses the music industry as a creative frame for teaching knowledge management. The label's four departments (A&R, Recording Studio, Distribution, and Archive) each map to a core KM practice: Discovery, Capture, Sharing, and Preservation.

The flagship artist is Butterflies and Steel, a country rock trio whose story threads through each department as the human example.

The piece is built on a single Storyline slide using layers for navigation. A vinyl record spins on hover and learners click one of four section labels to enter each department room. Each room includes the KM concept, a Butterflies and Steel story connection, and a reflection question with a free form text entry field.

Tools: Articulate Storyline 360 and Canva

First time posting to the challenge. Excited to share this one!
