Hi my name is Michelle, I am the Program Management Analyst for National Patient Services (NPS) Training at a leading provider of healthcare diagnostic information services. I act as a critical bridge between training strategy, compliance administration, and operational excellence for frontline healthcare staff.
My work spans several core pillars of learning design, program management, and data-driven training administration:
- Training Rollout & Program Management
- Instructional Design & Curriculum Development
- LMS & Compliance Administration
- Data Analytics & Reporting
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, I am a mom to 3 children, 2 boys 1 girl and grandma to 1 grandson and 1 granddaughter . My husband and I love to cruise and travel .
