You found us! Lumi is here to show you around. Take the six stops below in order, at whatever pace works for you. By the time you finish, you'll know the space, have connected with the community, and have your first round of points on the way to Tier 2: Star.
Here's where you start
Take the stops in order, at whatever pace works for you. Each one links to a full article with the details, and each action earns points. Get through all six, and you'll have 50-70 points already on the board!
Read through the program overview and FAQs before anything else. You'll get the full picture of how ELH Rewards works, how points are earned, and what the tiers look like.
Introduce yourself to the community. Share who you are, what you do, and what L&D work you're focused on right now. It's your first contribution, and it counts toward points.
Go to Stop 2Not everyone contributes the same way, and that's by design. This stop is about figuring out where you fit and what kinds of contributions come naturally to you.
Go to Stop 3Before you post, it helps to see what strong contributions look like. This stop walks through real examples from real members so you know what stands out.
Go to Stop 4Put it into action. Post, reply, share. Your first contribution doesn't need to be perfect. It just needs to happen.
Go to Stop 5You made it through the first round. This stop is where you look back at where you started and forward at what's coming next.
Go to Stop 6Once you've finished, check out the Monthly Missions. Every month, a new Mission Brief drops with a new set of ways to get involved and bonus points to earn toward your next tier.
