What is ELH Rewards?

ELH Rewards is a yearly recognition program within the E-Learning Heroes community that highlights and celebrates meaningful contributions from sharing projects to supporting fellow members. Every contribution adds value to the community, and ELH Rewards makes that impact visible.

What is the cost to participate in ELH Rewards?

There is no cost to participate in ELH Rewards. It is completely free. You just need to be a member of the E-Learning Heroes community.

What is the time commitment for participating in ELH Rewards?

It is up to each participant to determine their capacity for participation in ELH Rewards. There is no perfect way to participate in ELH Rewards, and all forms of participation are welcomed and celebrated.

What can I expect from participating in ELH Rewards?

You can expect recognition for your contributions, a visible tier on your E-Learning Heroes profile, and access to tier-based benefits that grow as you progress. As the program evolves, rewards at each tier will continue to expand.

Eligibility & Access

Do I need to be a customer to participate in ELH Rewards?

You do not need to be a customer to participate in ELH Rewards; however, you do need to have a community member profile with E-Learning Heroes to participate, which is free.

Do I need access to an Articulate tool to participate in ELH Rewards?

You do not need access to an Articulate tool to participate in ELH Rewards; however, there may be some actions that are tied to having access to an Articulate tool.

Points

How do I earn points?

Points are awarded for different types of engagement within the E-Learning Heroes community, such as sharing work, answering questions, providing feedback, and supporting others.

How are points tracked?

Points are tracked automatically based on qualifying actions within the community platform. If adjustments are ever needed, the E-Learning Heroes team will review them.

How will I know my progress?

Your tier is always visible on your E-Learning Heroes profile. Individual point totals aren’t currently viewable, but your tier reflects your engagement level at all times.

Do points expire?

Points don’t expire. Once you earn them, they’re yours permanently. What does refresh annually is your tier status. To hold your tier from year to year, you’ll need to earn 30% of the points it took to reach your current tier within a rolling 12-month window. Your lifetime points always stay with you, even if your tier changes.

What if I change the email address on my E-Learning Heroes account?

If you update the email associated with your E-Learning Heroes account, please let us know! Your email is tied to your ELH Rewards registration, so we'll need to update our records to make sure your points stay on track. You can reach us through the Q&A thread or by reaching out to the E-Learning Heroes team directly.

Tiers & Recognition

What do I get as a reward for participating in ELH Rewards?

As you earn points and move through tiers, you’ll unlock tier-specific recognition and benefits. Early tiers include community visibility, badges, and profile recognition. Higher tiers unlock more exclusive perks. Rewards will continue to grow as the program evolves — check your tier hub page for the most current details.

What are the tiers?

Members move through the following tiers based on points earned:

Tier 1 - Spark You’re getting started. You explore the community, read and interact with posts, and learn how things work.

Tier 2 - Star You participate regularly. You join discussions, share your thoughts, and start building connections.

Tier 3 - Nova You actively contribute. You share ideas, help others, and make a clear impact in the community.

Tier 4 - Constellation You connect people and ideas. You guide others, support collaboration, and make the community stronger.

Tier 5 - Interstellar You lead and inspire. You create new ideas, encourage others, and help shape the future of the community.

Each tier reflects growing engagement and contribution within the E-Learning Heroes community.

Is ELH Rewards competitive?

No. ELH Rewards is not a leaderboard competition. While tiers reflect levels of engagement, the focus is on positive contribution and community impact, not on outperforming other members.

What happens when I reach a new tier?

Reaching a new tier unlocks the recognition and benefits associated with that level, detailed in each tier’s hub page within the ELH Rewards group. Your tier is visible on your profile and reflects your contributions to the community. Once you reach a tier, it’s locked in until your annual review date.

What happens if I don’t maintain my tier?

Each member has a 12-month window based on their program start date. If you don’t earn roughly 30% of your tier’s point threshold during that window, your tier status will drop by one level. Your lifetime points are never affected — only your tier status.

Program Integrity

What types of contributions qualify?

Qualifying contributions are those that:

• Add value to discussions
• Support or guide other members
• Share meaningful work or insights
• Strengthen the overall E-Learning Heroes community

Low-effort or repetitive activity may not qualify for points.

Can points be removed?

Yes, in certain and rare cases. If activity does not align with community guidelines or appears to be artificially inflating engagement, points may be adjusted or removed. ELH Rewards is built on authentic participation.

Can the program change?

Yes. As ELH Rewards evolves, point values, eligible actions, or tier thresholds may be adjusted to better serve the community. Any updates will be communicated clearly.

Lumi

Who is Lumi?

Lumi is the guide of ELH Rewards, highlighting milestones, celebrating achievements, and recognizing contributions throughout the quarter. You may see Lumi appear in announcements, milestone moments, and special recognitions.
