As you step into ELH Rewards, here's what you can count on:

• A visible tier on your E-Learning Heroes profile. It updates as you grow and reflects your contributions at all times.

• Recognition and tier-based benefits. Early tiers include community visibility, badges, and profile recognition. Higher tiers unlock more exclusive perks.

• Regular touchpoints from the E-Learning Heroes team. Milestone moments, community shoutouts, and updates through Lumi as you progress.

• A program that grows with you. Rewards and benefits will continue to expand over time.

There’s no single way to participate. Some contributions are small, some are more involved, but all of them matter.

How It Works

ELH Rewards recognizes meaningful engagement within the E-Learning Heroes community.

As you contribute, you earn points that reflect your participation and positive impact. Those points shape your progression through tiers and the recognition you receive along the way.

There are many ways to contribute: answering questions, sharing your work, offering feedback, joining discussions, supporting fellow members, and more. You don’t need to be a product expert or have years of e-learning experience to participate. Whatever you bring to the community counts.

A note on points visibility: Right now, individual point totals aren't viewable within the platform. Your tier is always visible on your E-Learning Heroes profile and reflects your engagement level. We hope to add point visibility in the future and will share updates when that changes.

Tiers & Growth

As you engage, you’ll move through tiers that reflect how you show up in the community.

Tier 1 - Spark You’re getting started. You explore the community, read and interact with posts, and learn how things work.

Tier 2 - Star You participate regularly. You join discussions, share your thoughts, and start building connections.

Tier 3 - Nebula You actively contribute. You share ideas, help others, and make a clear impact in the community.

Tier 4 - Constellation You connect people and ideas. You guide others, support collaboration, and make the community stronger.

Tier 5 - Interstellar You lead and inspire. You create new ideas, encourage others, and help shape the future of the community.

Each tier reflects your growing presence and influence. Progression isn’t about speed—it’s shaped by how you contribute, support others, and help ideas move forward.

Points & Tiers Over Time

Points are permanent. Once you earn them, they're yours to keep.

As you contribute, your lifetime points accumulate and move you through tiers. Reaching a tier is something you genuinely earn, and it stays locked until your annual review date.

To hold your tier from year to year, there's a light activity requirement: earn 30% of the points it took to reach your current tier within each 12-month window (based on your program start date). If you fall below that threshold, your tier drops one level, but your lifetime points are never affected.

Along the way, you’ll meet Lumi—your guide within ELH Rewards. Lumi highlights milestones, recognizes achievements, and celebrates meaningful contributions across the community. Think of Lumi as a steady presence, helping bring progress into view as you continue forward.
