Hello all - I'm Michele Casper, a Senior Revenue Cycle Training Specialist part of the Instructional Design team at Advocate Health. I create and support learning experiences for healthcare professionals across the organization, with a focus on revenue cycle operations, health information management, and technology-related education.

I love transforming complex processes into engaging, easy-to-understand learning experiences. My professional interests include instructional design, accessibility, adult learning, visual communication, and continuous improvement.
