Hello! I'm Trina, a learning and development leader in Ontario, Canada, with a passion for helping people and organizations grow. I currently lead learning technology and workforce development initiatives in the retirement living sector, focusing on leadership development, eLearning, and creating practical learning experiences that drive results.

I enjoy connecting with professionals who are committed to continuous learning, innovation, and building strong workplace cultures. Outside of work, you'll often find me experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, spending time with family (including our two black and white boys who are total couch potatoes but hear a bag of chips opening from anywhere in the house ha ha), 

and friends, or making memories with my amazing niece, who keeps me smiling and reminds me to appreciate life's little moments.
