AI Upgrade - Getting it Across the Line
I really want to get the AI upgrade for our licenses, however, the business I work for is a little adverse to implementing AI tools due to risk concerns. (I work in the financial services industry). I am preparing a business case and would love to hear about other people's experiences on how they were able to get their case across the line. Links to relevant information in the IT space etc. Just looking for the best approach and what sort of governance has been put in place.

I too am facing challenges in implementing AI tools. Would also be interested in hearing how people are navigating this hurdle.
