Official Contest Rules: 2027 Articuland U.S. Summit Sweepstakes

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

This Sweepstakes is open to eligible participants as described in these Official Rules. No purchase, payment, or attendance at any event is required to enter or to be selected as a winner. All entry methods provide equal odds of winning, as further described in Section 5 (How to Enter).

2. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Articulate Global, LLC, located at 244 5th Avenue, Suite 2960, New York, NY 10001 (the “Sponsor”). For questions or inquiries regarding this Sweepstakes, contact the Sponsor by email at [email protected].

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who meet all of the following requirements at the time of entry:

The entrant must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

The entrant must be a legal resident of the United States.

No prior attendance at any Articuland Summit or other Sponsor event is required to enter or win.

The following persons are not eligible to enter or win: employees of Articulate Global, LLC (the “Sponsor”), their immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and persons residing in the same household as any such employee, whether or not related.

4. Contest Period

The Sweepstakes entry period (the “Contest Period”) ends at 11:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Friday, September 11, 2026. All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible. Entries received after the Contest Period will not be accepted.

The winner drawing will take place on Friday, September 11, 2026, during the closing General Session at the 2026 Articuland Summit in Orlando, Florida. Sponsor’s computer or device shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

5. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry, each providing equal odds of winning:

In-Person Entry: Visit the designated sweepstakes entry station at the 2026 Articuland Summit in Orlando, Florida during the Contest Period and complete an entry form.

Online Entry (Free Alternative Method of Entry): During the Contest Period, visit the designated sweepstakes post on the E-Learning Heroes Community at [URL to be inserted] and comment “ENTER” on the post. Online entries will be combined with in-person entries for the drawing.

Entry Limit: Each person is limited to one (1) entry regardless of method. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification of all entries submitted by that person.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will take place on Friday, September 11, 2026, during the closing General Session at the 2026 Articuland Summit in Orlando, Florida. Both in-person and online entries will be combined into a single pool for the drawing.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All eligible entries carry an equal chance of selection regardless of the method of entry.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

If the winner is present at the 2026 Articuland Summit, the winner will be notified in person during the closing General Session, followed by email confirmation. If the winner entered via the online entry method and is not present, the winner will be notified by email at the address provided with their entry.

The winner must respond to Sponsor within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

To facilitate registration and travel arrangements, the winner must provide their legal name and any other information reasonably requested by Sponsor’s events team. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

8. Prize Description

One (1) prize package will be awarded, with a total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $2,600. The prize package includes the following:

Summit Registration: Admission for one (1) person to all general sessions, breakouts or tracks, and official Summit events over two days at the 2027 Articuland U.S. Summit (date and location to be announced).

Airfare: Roundtrip economy-class airfare for one (1) person from the nearest major airport to the Summit destination, including standard taxes and fees. Sponsor will purchase the airfare directly on behalf of the winner.

Hotel Accommodations: Standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) for a maximum of three (3) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including standard taxes and fees.

Select Meals and Beverages: Meals and beverages provided to all Summit attendees as part of official Summit programming.

Actual value may vary depending on the point of departure and dates of travel. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

9. Prize Exclusions and Conditions

The prize does not include the following:

Meals and beverages not provided to all Summit attendees as part of official Summit programming.

Ground transportation outside of any provided by Sponsor (e.g., personal taxis, rideshare, or parking).

Travel insurance, baggage fees, upgrades, or optional add-ons.

Personal expenses, room service, gratuities, or entertainment outside of official Summit activities.

Costs associated with changes to reservations once confirmed.

Any other expenses or incidentals not specifically described herein.

The following conditions apply to the prize: (a) travel must be booked and completed on dates designated by Sponsor; (b) Winner must possess all required travel documents (e.g., valid photo identification, passport if applicable); (c) the prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion; (d) if the Winner cannot travel on the designated dates, the prize may be forfeited; and (e) Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any portion thereof, with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

10. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt and use of the prize. If the prize value meets or exceeds the applicable IRS reporting threshold, Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC to the winner, and the winner must provide a completed Form W-9 prior to prize delivery. Failure to provide a completed Form W-9 when required may result in forfeiture of the prize.

11. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who:

Tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes;

Violates these Official Rules;

Acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or

Attempts to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or any representative of Sponsor.

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. General Conditions and Force Majeure

By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted or if fraud or technical problems compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Force Majeure: If the 2027 Articuland U.S. Summit is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a cash payment or gift card of equivalent value, or to apply the prize to a rescheduled event.

13. Privacy and Data

Participant information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for sweepstakes administration and winner notification. By entering, each participant consents to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes described herein and in accordance with Articulate’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.articulate.com/trust/privacy/. Participant information will not be sold to third parties.

14. Winners List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Articulate Global, LLC, Attn: 2027 Articuland Summit Sweepstakes Winner, 244 5th Avenue, Suite 2960, New York, NY 10001. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the drawing date of September 11, 2026.

15. Governing Law

These Official Rules and any disputes arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of New York for the resolution of any disputes arising hereunder.
