I would love an opportunity to the Dev Learn Conference this year. I have attended Articuland Austin and was able to connect with local instructional designers that were educators transitioning to ID, as I have. Being able to participate in the DevLearn 2025 conference, with so many opportunities to keep improving my skills as an Instructional Designer, is HUGE. I have been part of the E-Learning Heroes community since my first training in Articulate Storyline in 2016, and I have taken advantage of the vast array of resources available, learning many new tricks and updates. Given the current financial uncertainty, opportunities to participate in conferences have been restricted. So then, having the chance to win this prize will not only allow me to keep learning but also feel motivated to continue this fantastic journey in Instruction and Design.

I would love an opportunity to attend DevLearn in fabulous Las Vegas, my home town! I've been in training since 2013, an instructional designer since 2016, and a Compliance education manager since 2022. I would enjoy advancing and refreshing my skills in e-learning design, AI, and better ways to assess learning transfer. I think it would be a great opportunity at this point in my career.

I fell into ID work on my own. Taught myself everything I needed to know. I have been in my role with my company for 13 years and have never been able to have the opportunity to attend (budgets!). Would love to grow more in this career and learn from my peers and see what cool opportunities are on the horizon for our industry!

What an exciting opportunity! I would love to hone my skills, build my community, and identify areas of growth. The DevLearn Conference is a phenomenal opportunity to bolster my knowledge and bring back ideas to my team at work. I love the idea of science-backed learning, and to be engrossed in a community who also love learning is so exciting.

I've never had the opportunity to go to DevLearn but it's been on my list! I'm especially curious to hear about how other Designers are using AI. It's such a huge topic but how are people using it on a daily. I see Gamification is on the list of topics but I hope microlearning is as well. Thanks for the chance to win tickets!
