integrating feedback block in rise

hello,

i want to integrate some feedback questions at the end of a rise course.

what is the best way to do this. ms forms?

    Hi Anna, I've found the easiest way to do this is by embedding the form as a multimedia block. Here's an example of one I did recently with SurveyMonkey, but I'm sure MS Forms would work too!
