Interactive Videos in Rise

Hi KatelynDore​, there was a recent weekly challenge focused on Using Interactive Video for Scenarios & Quizzes in E-Learning. I think many of these use Storyline, but there might be sources of inspiration here. Additionally, here are some unique examples of ways people used Rise Code Blocks to make their course more interactive. 

Hi! We also need to implement some interactive videos in Rise. But it looks like it is only possible in storyline. So which would be the best way to implement it in Rise?

a) custome code (Is that what "code blocks" does?) 
b) creating it in storyline and import it as "storyline Block"?
c) using a Tool like H5P and implement the code as html? 

The interaction is simple: it is a video quiz. A talking head asks, video stops, user clicks, 2 attempts, next question.
