Reset Trigger or Work Around Suggestions
OK, so here is what I have. I have a slide that the users must watch this video, the PCB video first, then the others unlock. They must complete all of them in their entirety before they receive the continue button to advance forward. I've got all my my triggers and everything put in there. The thing that's come up is if a learner wants to replay one of those videos, how do I set it to retrigger or reset to where the continue button would still populate? Because what was happening is learners would go and they'll replay part of one or whatnot and then I lose the continue button and they get stuck and they can't advance past that. My alternative idea if I couldn't figure this out was to say, please only watch them one time and then go to the resource section to actually go to the links where you could view them repeatedly if you wanted to. I can't come up with another way to adjust these, these triggers to, to do what I'm wanting it to do. And I I thought maybe I would reach out to a few fellow colleagues and see if y'all had any thoughts.
So again, I've got a slide that says that they've all been watched. You can hit next to continue once they've been done. But what if they go back and they replay one, it re triggers it and it doesn't repopulate this or it doesn't know that this needs to present when they're done. Again, looking for suggestions on that. Thank you so much.

- JudyNolletSuper HeroTroubleshooting is just guessing without seeing all the programming. Someone might be able to solve the issue if you upload the .story file. Here are the best practices for doing that:
- Only include slides that are related to the problem.
- Be sure objects, layers, motion paths, and variables have meaningful names.
- If there is proprietary content, replace or delete it. For example, replace proprietary text with “ipsum lorem” text.
By the way, this Exchange Best Practices section is for more general questions about eLearning. You're asking how to do something in Storyline.
For future reference, this sort of question belongs in the Discuss Articulate Products section of the community (Discuss Articulate Products | Articulate - Community). That's designed for posting product-related questions and searching for answers by looking for solutions to previously posted questions. And that's where those of us who answer a lot of questions spend most of our time.
