Review360 User Guide
Hello,
Does anyone have a simple template or guide they use with SMEs when asking them to review content in Review 360?
Would love to be able to attach something simple my review requests so SMEs know what they are looking for, and how to provide feedback. What I have found online tends to be more aimed at a developer audience.
Thanks!

This discussion is also about helping reviewers:
How can I train my stakeholders on reviewing Rise courses correctly? | E-Learning Heroes
It includes some advice other than the User Guide.
Thank you for the reply JudyNollet, and thanks for the post Hetty!
What Judy shared is a little more technical, like "click here to do x," which I can also see as being helpful to your users. But I'm wondering if you're looking for something a little bit less technical and more qualitative/strategic?
Maybe you can give an example of the kinds of pitfalls you're seeing SMEs fall into that you would want a guide to address?- HettyCommunity Member
Hi Noele_Flowers!
Thanks for your reply, and yes, your right I was looking for something a bit less technical.
I work with a variety of SMEs, and for many of them it's their first time being involved in an eLearning project, especially using Articulate. While Review is quite easy to use, there can still be a bit of a learning curve when you're both new to the platform and the eLearning process.
I was thinking things like:
Entering an email address to post comments.
Understanding that comments are visible to other reviewers.
Knowing that they can reply to existing comments.
Even some introductory stuff on what 'good' feedback looks like.
Really just the basics that help first-time reviewers feel more comfortable.

Articulate has a User Guide for Review 360. It includes a page about how to review content. , which includes a quick-start PDF.
For future reference, you can find all of the User Guides here.
