I got THE INNOVATOR and yea makes sense, I wouldn’t use the term Innovator but I’m definitely bored of the routine training options 🤗

Probably surprising no one who's worked with me (every archetype has its shadow), I'm pretty good at finding a way, any way.
The next chapter is a nice nod. A good way I've found to keep boundaries in place when it comes to being creative is to lean into first principles of design, flow charts, and prototypes, and the metaphor or blazing a trail helps underscore that creativity can be risky and expensive. Sometimes you find a breakthrough; sometimes you find a dead-end.
I have to confess, I don't remember the villain the module presented. If there's a way that can be factored into the end screen(s), I'll keep it in mind for the webinar.

Apparently I'm a detective! 🕵️Which makes sense as it is correct. I am always looking for feedback from learners to find out what worked, what didn't work, and how I can make it better.
What did I learn? Reinforcing learning a few weeks later with varied formats. I haven't done that in the past, partially because I don't really have the time. I need to enlist help from our supervisors for this one.
The quiz was quick and easy and gave me pretty spot on results.
I will kick us off...I got The Orchestrator.
My takeaway: Though I'm not an L&D pro, the idea of a single source of truth is one I can borrow to help me manage content across channels. I’d also like to better connect my tools, so I’m not running around updating everything individually. 🦸🏻♀️
