Digital Learning Developer- Pharma (Post Interview)

For this week’s challenge, I created an interactive leave-behind that could be shared after interview as a more engaging alternative to a standard follow-up note.

I structured it as a four-step overview to highlight my fit for a Digital Learning Developer role in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on why I fit, what I bring, the value I could add in a pharmaceutical context, and how I would contribute early in role.

The idea behind it was to keep the content concise but meaningful, while also demonstrating my ability to turn detailed information into a clear, visually organised, and learner-friendly digital experience.

As an additional feature, I also included a 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day plan of action to show how I would approach the role in practical terms and add value from the outset. The overall aim was to show not only my background and sector relevance, but also my design thinking and structured approach to learning in a regulated environment.
