Timeline Challenge: Your First 90 Days: A New Hire Journey

For this week’s challenge, I created Your First 90 Days: A New Hire Journey, an interactive timeline that takes learners through five key onboarding milestones—from Day 1 through Day 90.

I wanted to go beyond a traditional timeline of dates and use the interaction to show how a new employee’s focus changes over time: Orient → Learn → Contribute → Build Momentum → Grow.

The experience combines learner-controlled exploration with short scenarios and practical guidance at each milestone. I also used this challenge as an opportunity to experiment with a new e-learning development tool and see how it could handle a polished, interactive corporate learning experience.
