QUIZ not working correctly

Hello! I desperately need your help.

I am trying to set up a quiz and I am not JavaScript trained at all. One of my mentors (who retired recently) helped me set up this quiz, but it is not working correctly. I don't know if it is the triggers that are causing the issue, or the combination of JavaScript and non-JavaScript triggers.

What I need this quiz to do is for the learner to take the quiz and they will need a passing score of 80%. However, my manager wants them to be able to have a "success" layer two ways, between 80%-100% and also 100%. (I have no idea why he wants it this way). 

Then if they fail, they will review the correct and incorrect answers and retake the quiz. After their 2nd attempt, they will be prompted to restart the course again. They will be allowed only 2 attempts.
