Accessing Labs
Hi there, I cannot see how to enable Labs in Storyline 360 either. The instructions are as follows, but Labs is not shown in the View tab.
Storyline 360
- Go to the File or View tab and click Labs. Available experiments are listed alphabetically on this page.
- Select the toggle for an experiment, or use the toggle at the top to enable all experiments.
- Review the conditions in the Labs window, then click Save and Restart to enable the experiment.

Sorry to hear you cannot locate the Labs button within Storyline. Happy to help!
- You can access Labs in Storyline by navigating to FILE> Labs.
- If you are unable to see this, I recommend checking that you are running the latest version of Storyline 360 (Update 120).
Let us know if you're still unable to experience Labs on the latest version. We'd be happy to take a closer look at your setup in a support case.

I can confirm that I do now have access to Labs now that I have updated my Storyline version.
