First of all, this new functionality is awesome...the clients love it and want more of it (if you're working on a way to add slides to AI avatars so that you can instructions and make them less standalone blocks, that would also be great).

Unfortunately, on at least 4 occasions now, I've received an error message and the video has not generated...but the credits it required to generate were consumed. Can you please replace them and let me know what you're doing to fix this?

Thanks for the feedback! Just to clarify, were you generating avatars in Storyline, Rise, or Custom Block in Rise?

    In Rise, after turning it on in labs and seeing it as an option in the AI blocks menu.
