New in Labs: Block Defaults

Let me start by saying how much I appreciate the new Lab features. The Block Defaults is a great way to make updates to the course with ease. But sometimes, we don't want the changes to be applied to all the blocks but some specific blocks. Is there a way to have an option of "Apply to selected blocks" and another one as "Apply to all blocks".

For example, sometimes we use the divider as continue button and other times divider at the end of the lesson and call it "Next Lesson" but with this setting, all divider update with Apply to all. Similarly, in some instances we have use background colour in some blocks for emphasis while in others we don't so Apply to all will not really serve the purpose in such a situation.
