New in Labs: Connected Packages

Connected packages is still in development and will receive updates as part of Labs. Functionality will change over time. Some options could be modified, while others may be removed based on feedback...

Hello, I ran into an issue today when trying to upload a Connected Package to Cornerstone LMS. In the Rise course, there were multiple Custom Blocks that contained PNG files and Ai-generated audio clips. When the Connected Package was uploaded, the PNG files were missing, and the audio clips wouldn't play. I published it as a regular SCORM 1.2 file, and both issues were resolved. Please inform!

We're sorry to hear you ran into this while testing out Connected Packages. It may have been related to an AI incident we fixed late yesterday. 

As a troubleshooting step, please try again today and let us know how it goes!

    Hi Luciana,
    I just tested again and the issue is not resolved. I tried updating the Connected Package, and even re-downloading and re-uploading. No luck.
