The Dinner Rush
I built a restaurant service course for this one. Six sections, five different mechanics, and the centrepiece is a ninety second floor simulator: six tables, each cycling through states, patience meters draining while they wait for you. The lesson I wanted was the one every server learns in their first week. You cannot do everything at once, so you have to choose what matters most right now!
For accessibility, zero automated violations, full keyboard operation, reduced-motion support, captions, all timers either pausable-by-narration and non-blocking or fully learner-controlled, and screen reader announcements throughout.
