I wanted to share that we just released Team Folders for Review 360! You can now create shared team folders in Review 360 to organize your content and assign permissions. This also includes allowing multiple authors to publish new versions of the content you shared in these folders for better collaboration.

Thanks for reaching out! Currently, there is no way for multiple team members to publish a new version to the same Review 360 link.
This exact scenario has been mentioned before in other discussions, and we've taken note of it to share with our product team. I'll be sure to add your insight as well to our report and pop back in here when we have any progress to share on this feature.

Are there any updates on an enhancement to this feature? Our team collaborates and would really benefit from being able to have collaborators able to update a publish to the same link without impacting previous feedback/notes.

I have the same scenario wherein a teammate edits the course but I still need to publish it since I have the Review link that contains all the previous comments.
It would be very helpful if collaborators can also publish in the same Review link.
I am glad I found this discussion. It would be very beneficial for collaborators to be able to publish using the same Review 360 link. I am hoping this will be possible in the near future.
This is causing issues for us too - I have a member of staff off work and am unable to give my clients an update to their course build until his return which is not ideal really.
This is an issue for my team, too. It causes confusion for our reviewers. I am hoping this is something that can be corrected/updated in the near future.
The ability for all team members to republish the same Review 360 link would be hugely beneficial to our team's workflow. Are there any updates on this?

We don't have a timeline to share on the feature request, as it hasn't made it to our feature roadmap, but we'll be sure to notify you when we have some news!
Just chiming in that it would be a beneficial feature. Having the comments come through so any designer working on the course can edit/republish and then have the SME review with the same link so everything can be tracked would be fabulous!
Also chiming in here. I'm not quite sure what the benefit is of the extra $300 charged for a team license if you can't actually publish to the same link.
On an adjacent topic, is there a way to get better visibility into what is being considered for the development roadmap. I've been noticing that there are quite a few items that people have been asking for, for quite some time, and the response appears to typically be, we will share it with out product team...
Ha! I just read the roadmap and it looks like this feature has been added and is in development! Hooray! Thank you for pointing me to this useful page.
Now that this feature is in development is there an idea on the time frame of when this might be available for us to use?

Our team is also struggling without this feature, especially as our team grows and we delegate review tasks to new users. ETA?

Thanks for taking the time to share what you’d like to see in Storyline 360. We currently have this logged as a feature request, but we don't have an ETA we can share just yet. In the meantime, I’ll go ahead and include your voice in the request. We’ll update this discussion if this feature makes it on our feature roadmap.
We are also dealing with this issue and I have submitted a feature request, just to add my name to this queue. We currently have to log all versions of the review links by different team members to track comments and attachments. It decreases efficiency and creates confusion when someone forgets to log a single review link. I hope this will be moved up on the Roadmap priority list. It seems to be a popular need for many users.

Dealing with this issue as well. Developed a course in Rise that features Storyline blocks. The only way they can be added to Rise is via 360 Review publish. Therefore, I am the only one who can update these blocks. 😣
I am also expressing my interest in this feature. Since often teams are working simultaneously on large projects with multiple courses, not to mention people leaving projects, I'd say this is essential.

Can you add my voice as well? My team also collaborates on these projects and needs the ability to post new versions rather than new projects. We send the link out to reviewers that need to view each update, but sometimes I make the updates and sometimes a team member makes them, the reviewers would get confused having to work off two different links and we would get lost on which is the latest.
