Rise 360 Content Library images not visible
I cannot see the images in the Content Library. They just show as generic image icon. If I click on them they open no problem, but I don't know what I am selecting because i don't see the preview image.
I have a full subscription.
Java script is enabled
I have tried using latest version of Edge and Chrome
Hi Marcus! Sorry to hear that the Content Library in Rise 360 isn't loading for you.
Please ask your network admin to open port 443 and add the domains in the following article to your organization's allowlist for your Articulate 360 apps to work properly.
