A Storyline Multi-Choice Quiz Controlled Entirely By The User's Webcam! ๐Ÿ“ธ

Hi Heroes,

I'd like to share my latest demo project showcasing the amazing potential of combining Articulate Storyline 360 with generative AI technologies such as OpenAI GPT-4o. ๐Ÿš€

Using my eLearning Magic Toolkit plugin for WordPress, I created this multi-choice quiz in Articulate Storyline 360 which the user can control entirely with their webcam!

I truly believe that omni-modal user experiences will shape the future of eLearning. With more ways for users to engage with digital learning experiences, we unlock exciting opportunities for interactivity, accessibility, and deeper learner engagement.

Please check out the demo video below:

  • This is incredible. I am impressed with the interactive capability. Can this be done in a group setting or only on an individual basis?

๐ŸŸฃ I am new to this and just created an account today, but I was really surprised when I came across this idea and there wasn't more interaction. Especially with how the education systems throughout the US have heavily relied on remote learning since COVID. I think this idea has so much potential and could go far if the right hands are willing to work with him.

I'm definitely intrigued and will be going down a rabbit hole of my own research regarding this topic.

I very much appreciate your feedback on what I have developed here! Thanks very much.

Something I've wanted to do for a while on my YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/c/DiscovereLearning) as a series is to showcase the many unique and interesting ways in which users can engage with Storyline-built content, including voice commands, gesture recognition, IoT, and even eye-tracking!

Because development of these inputs for Storyline often requires use of third-party libraries of APIs, I don't think they get spotlighted by Articulate because it's not something they can market or offer support for, but I still think that it's important for Storyline developers to have an understanding of what is technically possible.
