I am not sure I have fully understood how yoiu do this, but the idea is pretty cool. You do have to copy these layers into every new slide, don't you?
Not being a programmer, I am not sure if I understand how you duplicate the (inter)actions on different slides, which have differently named assets (images, buttons, etc.) without renaming them in the commands...
