With which tool have you created the animated videos?

- Great, more Software as a Service (SaaS). With all the tools going this way designing, creating and developing (Adobe, Articulate - now Go Animate) - what freelancer has the budget?
Moho (Anime Studio) seems like a good animation option also. But it is not for the novice cookie-cutter animator/developer and is more time consuming.
