I was thinking the same. The only thing from an end user point of view is that one should be able to see the course progress. Not many learners completes the course in one go and sidebar showing progress is good once he/she resumes!! What you think?
Agreed, Surender! When you disable the sidebar Rise also disables the progress bar which is a shame. In this case, the sidebar wasn't part of the design concept. But, hosted in the LMS the users are able to resume where they left.
