I like this more as an onboarding product rather than orientation - at least in my organization that's how I'd see it.
Very well thought out and I can see it providing some good information that isn't essential, if that makes sense. As Kelsey mentioned much of the suggested content feels like what you'd find on a website in the About Us page.
