Storyline 2: The Job Interview Branched Scenario
Here's an example of a branched scenario created with Articulate Storyline 2. The path varies depending on how you answer the questions.
As you advance through the interview, keep track of how you're doing using the progress meter along the bottom of the slide.
Test it out and let me know in the comments below, were you able to land your dream job?

- JulieScalesCommunity MemberHi Nicole,
Thank you for sharing your wonderful template. I'm trying to figure out how to have the heat map not show up on the first slide. Do you have any advice?
Julie - KatieFarronCommunity MemberHi there! :) Was also curious if the story file was still available? I'm trying to learn how to do more interactive branching scenarios and it'd be really helpful to see how everything is structured!
- Hi Katie! Thanks for leaving a comment here. You can download the template for this file here: https://community.articulate.com/download/storyline-2-branched-scenario-template
Hope this helps :) Good luck!
- DomenicoBrun998Community MemberWow, it is rare to meet an engaging and simple e-learning activity like this one. Reading my name and the company I wanted to work made me feel like I was in the interview, so much that I started to get excited. Thanks for sharing this.
- Marie-Pierre930Community MemberReally great example of soft skills. Great work Nicole.
- Merci Marie-Pierre! :)
- BenRodriguezCommunity MemberI got the job!
What a great example. Thanks for sharing. I really like the clean layout and the progress bar. It's really inspiring. - AmyStewartCommunity MemberThank you for sharing this excellent example! I will plan to use it for inspiration on my next project.
- CherylHoover-c8Community MemberNicole, can you please repost the link to this example? It's bringing up a different story. Thanks!
- When I click on both the image and the link below it, it brings you to to the correct .Story example. Where are you clicking?
- CherylHoover-c8Community MemberI clicked where you posted "The download is available here" about midway through this thread. Otherwise, I'm seeing the html but not the .story file. What comes up where I just referenced is a different story. For me anyway! Thanks,
- prasadpalshikarCommunity MemberNice example Nicole! I like way it designed.
- alangarberCommunity MemberThis is a clever e-learning strategy, since the structure of the interaction reflects a real life scenario. A book with a list of recommendations would be less effective.
- alexandrataveniCommunity Memberimpressive!
may I tell you : an orthographic mistake at the beginning (3rd slide i guess) : "despite .... you can still turn things around" you put an extra "s" at "turn"
