Add Dev Notes

I would like to see a section for Dev Notes added to Rise. The purpose is 2 fold.

First:
Right now I have several versions of the same project, all with the same title because the user isn't supposed to be aware that there are multiple versions. This makes it terrible for identifying them in my list. 

In Storyline I convert the Glossary to an About section with release notes so that it's easy to identify which version is being used. Plus, the file name isn't the same as the Project Name the viewer sees.

I would like a spot for a hidden course description that is visible when browsing the course list. (see attached picture)

Second:
Even though we probably have external documents with our running to-do list, some notes are more effective if attached directly to the project. A note with the name of the To Do file; a list of sections that need to be updated if something changes (e.g. everywhere with a logo); why the project is paused/what info is needed to continue.  

We need a spot to add hidden notes within the course.
