AI Avatar Testing
Hi SandraPiperni,
Thanks for reaching out!
I'm happy to hear that you've been experimenting with AI Avatars. I understand there's a bit of trial and error when getting used to the feature. I've logged your feedback with our product team, and in the meantime, here are some helpful tips for getting the best results!
I've also encountered problems with the AI Avatar generation and worry about using up credits to compensate. It will insist that it has created the transparent background that I requested when it hasn't, and the avatar changes from facing to the side to facing forward without me having control over that aspect-and that doesn't show up until I select Generate. If there was a preview option that revealed the avatar's movements and expressions before Generating, that would help. The feature itself is awesome though.

Hey ChristinasPath,
Thank you for the feedback after exploring AI Avatars.
Being able to preview an avatar’s movements and expressions before generating is understandable, especially when each generation consumes credits. Our team is continuing to explore ways to improve the accuracy and output of AI Avatars. Real-world examples such as these help us focus on the areas that matter most. I can confirm these insights will be shared directly with our development teams.
Also, I'm sorry that customizing a character with a transparent background has been a challenge. After testing in Storyline and Rise, my output was successful. However, it did take multiple rounds of prompting to reach the result I wanted.
Customizing an AI Avatar character does not consume credits. Authors can refine their prompts as needed, then save the custom character for future use.
If you're still having trouble with that level of customization, please connect with us through a support case. We're happy to review the prompts you've been using and offer additional guidance!
