Better Analytics in Reach 360
A summary report by course or learn path item that would give similar information of what was built in Articulate 360 main area tab Analytics. Some of the items requested exist today but to have on one page similar to the Analytics tab in the main Articulate 360 page would be helpful within Reach 360.
You would choose the course, and choose a group if you want and summary would give all on one page similar to the analytics tab in Articulate 360 main area:
- Total Learners
- # Completed
- # in Progress
- # Not Started
- # Pass
- # Fail
- % Passed
- Avg Score
- Avg Hours Spent Learning (currently it gives total)
- Top x (pick 5 or 10) questions missed
- Questions where % correct was less than 60%
- AI suggestions what topic(s) from course to focus additional training on
- Advise top AI tutor questions asked within course
Thank you

Hi JulieGorman, thank you for laying this out so clearly.
A single summary page like the Analytics tab in the main Articulate 360 area makes a lot of sense, especially when you’re trying to see how a course is performing and where to focus additional training.
To be upfront, there isn’t a one page summary like that in Reach 360 today. A few of the pieces do exist though. The course report dashboard shows how many learners have completed, are in progress, or haven’t started, along with the average quiz score and total hours spent learning, as covered in Reach 360 View Course Reports, and the Status tab can be filtered by group and exported.
For missed questions, the question level report shows the percentage for each question, which you can sort from low to high, filter by group, and export, as covered in Reach 360 View Question Level Reports.
A few of your other ideas aren’t available in Reach right now, including average hours spent, a top missed questions or under 60 percent view, AI suggestions on where to focus training, and AI Tutor questions. AI Tutor Insights is currently only available in the Analytics dashboard for content published through Quick Share, as described in Using the Analytics Dashboard.
Out of curiosity, who do you usually share this information with, and how often? That helps us picture how a summary like this would be used. Your list is a really clear picture of what you’re after, and it’s a need we’re continuing to track.
