Feature Request: Folders Within Libraries for Easier Course Discovery
We provide training courses for multiple systems. Learners often look for training based on the system they use, so we would strongly appreciate folders within Libraries to group courses by system. Currently, even with separate libraries, courses appear as a single list to learners. Sorting is limited to “Recent” or alphabetical order, making it difficult to find the right course as the number of courses grows. Search alone is not sufficient, as learners may not know or enter the exact system name. Learning Paths work well for courses that should be completed in a specific sequence. However, our learners often need to access a specific system-related topic when needed, so Learning Paths cannot replace folders for organizing courses. We expect to manage around 50 courses in approximately 10 folders. Thank you for considering this request.Reach 360: Folders Needed
Creation of folders are needed for: Manage Groups under People Courses Learn Paths Libraries Topics Analysis Courses Learn Paths Having the ability to move items into an archived folder within that area that you can still review but it's not in the general view of what is active. A summary report by course or learn path item that would give similar information of what was built in Articulate 360 main area tab Analytics. Some of the items requested exist today but to have on one page similar to the Analytics tab in the main Articulate 360 page would be helpful within Reach 360. I would love to see an option in Reach 360 that allows administrators to set a daily completion limit for a learning path. For some of our learning paths, we intentionally ask employees to complete only one lesson per day. The goal is to encourage them to slow down and absorb the information rather than rush through multiple lessons just to mark the training complete. Currently, we can communicate that expectation, but there is no way to enforce it within Reach 360. I usually only notice after someone has already completed multiple lessons in one day. It would be helpful to set a maximum number of lessons that can be completed per day or require a waiting period before the next lesson becomes available.Reach 360 - Annual Refresher Function
We are looking to use Reach 360 as our organisations preferred LMS, but one functionality that is missing, and it's a key one, is to be able to set courses that require an annual refresher, to have an expiry date. Is there a functionality that I have missed as all that I have read is a manual effort on my team's side, rather than an option we can add in.Reach 360: Groups
I have several groups by lesson. I'd like to "archive" these groups vs deleting the groups, so they do not show up on the "active" list of groups. Is there a way to do that and maybe put them in a folder (similar to Review 360)? We have now changed to group names by Teams (i.e. Infusion Pre-Registration, Infusion Authorization, etc.). As these teams will all take the courses assigned within and new staff assigned to that team will see those assignments too.Ability to Copy/Move Microlearnings to Courses
In Articulate 360, it’s possible to copy or move a lesson from one course to another, but there’s no equivalent capability for microlearning content. 🙄 Instead, users are forced to rebuild microlearning content as block templates every time they need to reuse it in a course, which is both inefficient and unnecessarily time-consuming. 🤬 This gap creates avoidable friction in what should be a straightforward workflow. Enabling the ability to copy or move microlearning content into courses would be a simple but high-impact improvement that would remove a lot of frustration and redundancy. Rather than focusing heavily on AI features, it would be great to see attention given to strengthening these core content management capabilities that directly affect day-to-day productivity. Hi! We really need a way to set learner notifications by course. E.g. - our internal compliance/regulatory trainings would need to have reminders at set intervals that other courses don't need. Also, the ability to limit the reminders to only those users who have not completed the course!Articulate Menu
This isn't a big change, just a convenience request. For the articulate menu that shows all of the Desktop and Web apps, would it be possible to add Reach 360? This way if you want to go into that specific app, you can click on the Launch of that app vs having to Launch Rise 360 and then click on the tab of Reach 360. Please see the attached.
