In Articulate 360, it’s possible to copy or move a lesson from one course to another, but there’s no equivalent capability for microlearning content. 🙄 Instead, users are forced to rebuild microlearning content as block templates every time they need to reuse it in a course, which is both inefficient and unnecessarily time-consuming. 🤬 This gap creates avoidable friction in what should be a straightforward workflow. Enabling the ability to copy or move microlearning content into courses would be a simple but high-impact improvement that would remove a lot of frustration and redundancy. Rather than focusing heavily on AI features, it would be great to see attention given to strengthening these core content management capabilities that directly affect day-to-day productivity. Hi! We really need a way to set learner notifications by course. E.g. - our internal compliance/regulatory trainings would need to have reminders at set intervals that other courses don't need. This isn't a big change, just a convenience request. For the articulate menu that shows all of the Desktop and Web apps, would it be possible to add Reach 360? This way if you want to go into that specific app, you can click on the Launch of that app vs having to Launch Rise 360 and then click on the tab of Reach 360. Please see the attached. It would be great if there could be sub-groups under user groups in Reach 360. For example, I have several clients who need to train groups of people. It would be beneficial for my department to have the ability to assign course training hour credits. I understand you can assign duration times, but each individual takes a different amount of time to complete. We push out the training to employees and then have the supervisors discuss in their meetings. We are audited for trainings and hours per employee. It would be super helpful if we could assign each course to be worth a certain amount of hours. Also, we take some courses once a year. It is essential to have the ability to translate all the content of the "Welcome Email" that the platform automatically sends to new students. This customization should include all text, including button labels.
