Articulate Menu
This isn't a big change, just a convenience request. For the articulate menu that shows all of the Desktop and Web apps, would it be possible to add Reach 360? This way if you want to go into that specific app, you can click on the Launch of that app vs having to Launch Rise 360 and then click on the tab of Reach 360. Please see the attached. Hi! We really need a way to set learner notifications by course. E.g. - our internal compliance/regulatory trainings would need to have reminders at set intervals that other courses don't need. Also, the ability to limit the reminders to only those users who have not completed the course!Sub Groups in Reach 360
It would be great if there could be sub-groups under user groups in Reach 360. For example, I have several clients who need to train groups of people. I would like to set up a group called Client A and then have subgroups (HR, Customer Service, IT, etc) that could be assigned targeted Courses and Learning Paths.Course Credit and Retakes
It would be beneficial for my department to have the ability to assign course training hour credits. I understand you can assign duration times, but each individual takes a different amount of time to complete. We push out the training to employees and then have the supervisors discuss in their meetings. We are audited for trainings and hours per employee. It would be super helpful if we could assign each course to be worth a certain amount of hours. Also, we take some courses once a year. It would help to be able to retake courses and gain a certificate each time. This is also something we track within my company.Translation of welcome emails
It is essential to have the ability to translate all the content of the "Welcome Email" that the platform automatically sends to new students. This customization should include all text, including button labels. This would be highly beneficial, as we have students from different parts of the world, and it's not ideal for them to receive communications in a language they do not understand.Controlling Learner Access
I have a few courses that I would like folks outside of my organization to take. I have the self-registration feature open and when learners request access I share the URL for the course with them. However the URL can then be used and shared with anyone. I want to be able to control who takes the class and only want the URL to be used one time. Im note sure how to deal with this. I can only think of 2 options both of which are not current features. 1) create unique URLs for each person or 2) allow me to pre-populate the course with the learners who I want to give access to. I know this is a feature but only for folks who already have accounts. I am wanting to add folks before they have established an account. Maybe there is another way for me to manage this.
