I have a few courses that I would like folks outside of my organization to take. I have the self-registration feature open and when learners request access I share the URL for the course with them. However the URL can then be used and shared with anyone. I want to be able to control who takes the class and only want the URL to be used one time. Im note sure how to deal with this. I can only think of 2 options both of which are not current features. 1) create unique URLs for each person or 2) allow me to pre-populate the course with the learners who I want to give access to. I know this is a feature but only for folks who already have accounts. I am wanting to add folks before they have established an account. Maybe there is another way for me to manage this. Open to any work around ideas.9Views0likes1CommentIdeas Portal
The community has suggested a huge amount of ideas over the years. Can we have a searchable portal so we can see them all in one place: ID/Category/Post Date/Review Date/Description/Comments/Votes/Related Ideas Status Reviewed Under Consideration Low Probability of Delivery Fair Probability of Delivery In-Progress Currently Available13Views3likes0CommentsReach360 Course Completion Notifications
We are using Reach360 for required training to gain access to a specific piece of software. Access to the software is granted once the course is completed/passed. Right now I have to regularly go in to a course report to check the latest activity to see if anyone has completed since my last visit. I would love to set up a "notifications on" feature for completions of courses/learning paths. Ideally would like to be able to add/edit the emails I want to be notified and the frequency of notifications (daily summary, hourly summary, no summary - notified real time).15Views1like0CommentsExtend Reach360 search into course lessons and contained content please!
Who wishes you could search Reach360 library courses using keywords contained within the course, not just the title??! For example, the user is looking for content on being unmotivated. Feeling unmotivated is a lesson within the ‘5 Career Roadblocks and How to Overcome Them’ course. How efficient and convenient would it be for the user to search the library by ‘unmotivated’ and receive search results for any course that contained ‘unmotivated’ content? Let’s hear it! And please share ideas on how you have overcome this current limitation. Thank you!17Views0likes2CommentsDiscussion Forum with Reach
I have incorporated a discussion forum within our learning modules that is within our current LMS> This is an interactive community forum within the learning path that allows students to share stories, ideas and shared experience. As our work is helping others, it's an effective tool to help with coaching in the moment and allows students to feel engaged and share opinions and ideas. It would be a fantastic addition to Reach.52Views1like1Comment
