Reach 360: Groups
I have several groups by lesson. I'd like to "archive" these groups vs deleting the groups, so they do not show up on the "active" list of groups. Is there a way to do that and maybe put them in a folder (similar to Review 360)? We have now changed to group names by Teams (i.e. Infusion Pre-Registration, Infusion Authorization, etc.). As these teams will all take the courses assigned within and new staff assigned to that team will see those assignments too.Scheduling Learning Path Content Releases in Reach 360
Hi everyone. I’m trying to confirm if I can “drip” content within a Learning Path in Articulate Reach 360. Specifically, I want each module to become visible and accessible to learners only on a scheduled release date—for example, one module per week for reinforcement training. Can Reach 360 hide future modules from the learner’s view until their scheduled release date, effectively allowing me to drip content over time? Has anyone successfully done this? Hi All, Just wondering if this is possible. I need people to tick a box to confirm they have read and understood policies that I have added to Reach 360. Is it possible to produce a csv report to show the box has been ticked in a separate column? The policy is in Rise and the tick box is a separate block. Kind regards, Pam.Reach360 management access
Hi, we are looking into moving from our existing authoring tools to a new one and as I voted for Articulate, I have to honor to test it before we (maybe) get more licences and switch. We will continue to use our LMS, but Reach360 might be useful for distributing e-learnings to people outside our organisation, eg. business partners. When I try to publish a course to Reach, I get an error message about missing management access, although our IT department did activate Reach, do they have to do something elset? How do different roles work, has an author not automatically the right to publish? Thanks, LutzShort form content: what does it mean for us, and is anyone actually using Rise microlearning?
Been mulling this over for a while and wanted to see what others think. Most people now consume information in short bursts. Shorts, Reels, TikTok. I don’t buy the idea that attention spans have collapsed, the same people happily sit through three hour podcasts and binge a whole Netflix series in a weekend. What’s collapsed is tolerance for padding. And our industry has churned out an awful lot of padded 40 minute modules with a locked Next button over the years, so maybe we’ve brought it on ourselves. My hunch is that short form becomes the reinforcement and performance support layer. Sixty second how-tos at the point of need, spaced refreshers after the main course, that sort of thing. Deep skill building stays long form but has to justify every minute. The bit that gets squeezed is the generic middle, the 30 minute click-through that nobody remembers a week later. There’s a catch though. Watching feels like learning but mostly isn’t. Short form is built for engagement, not retention, and without some sort of retrieval practice all you end up with is view counts. And some subjects just don’t work chopped into bits. I mostly develop safety and technical engineering training for heavy industry and you can’t build judgement about process safety from a stack of clips. Which brings me to the tools. Rise has had microlearning as a course type for a good while now and I hardly ever see anyone using it. Genuine question, are you? My suspicion is the authoring isn’t the problem, it’s everything around it. SCORM and a traditional LMS are a clunky fit for a two minute piece of content. Nobody logs into an LMS for 90 seconds. Reach 360 goes some way towards this, but plenty of us are tied to a corporate LMS and that isn’t changing any time soon. If Articulate are serious about this I think it’ll take more than a shorter course type. Content that can be scheduled and drip-fed out over days and weeks. Notifications that land somewhere people actually look, Teams, email, their phone. Analytics that measure something more useful than completion. Vertical, mobile first templates wouldn’t hurt either. A few questions then. Are your stakeholders asking for shorter content yet, or is it still all full courses? Is anyone using Rise microlearning at any real scale, and if so how are you delivering it? And what would Articulate need to build for micro content to properly work in your setup? Would be good to hear where others have got to with this.Is there a way to have an rotate-to-landscape prompt display on Mobile phone?
Let me clearly explain what I am trying to do. I have created short instructions in Articulate Storyline in landscape mode and exported them as a video file. Then I go into Review 360 and upload the mp4 video. I then play the Review 360 video file, right-click it so that only the .mp4 displays, and create a QR Code. The QR Code plays the video alone without the Review 360 wrapper, and that's exactly what I want to happen! :) My question is: what is the best way to add a rotate-to-landscape prompt that shows up on the mobile phone before the video plays automatically?Ability to Copy/Move Microlearnings to Courses
In Articulate 360, it’s possible to copy or move a lesson from one course to another, but there’s no equivalent capability for microlearning content. 🙄 Instead, users are forced to rebuild microlearning content as block templates every time they need to reuse it in a course, which is both inefficient and unnecessarily time-consuming. 🤬 This gap creates avoidable friction in what should be a straightforward workflow. Enabling the ability to copy or move microlearning content into courses would be a simple but high-impact improvement that would remove a lot of frustration and redundancy. Rather than focusing heavily on AI features, it would be great to see attention given to strengthening these core content management capabilities that directly affect day-to-day productivity. Hello, I would like to enable colleagues from my organization only, to be able to self-register once they click on a shared link. Is this possible to conficure? Also, on the landing Customize Self-Registration Page, I noticed that some info are in French (or English for my colleague). I'm building courses in Rise 360 and publishing them to Reach 360. Knowledge checks and continue buttons restrict navigation for learners the first time they complete the course. My issue is that I need supervisors to be able to freely explore courses without navigation restriction. I thought that Quick Share links might work, but lessons are locked if the previous lesson knowledge checks aren't completed. Does anyone have a solution for this?
