Hey everyone, one of my clients is stating the comment section on the review link is “read-only.” I watched him try over zoom and saw what he was talking about. The comments are enabled and he can see the comments, but when he tries to click in the box to make a comment he gets an error about read-only. Anyone encounter this issue? Thanks!62Views0likes2CommentsAllocate language to imported scorm?
Hi, just moved over to Articulate from Litmos. I've imported the scorm courses to Reach and all is working great. Except for the Spanish and French courses is still displaying the buttons as English. Is there a way to allocate as different languages to launch/start/continue etc?13Views0likes1CommentREPORTS & Creating Competition with Course Completion
Everybody loves a little competition - and if I can get leadership onboard, we might get INCENTIVES! (So, I really want this to work) GOAL: I am looking for an exportable CSV report in "ANALYZE" that will give me a live report of each user, their course assignments (2026 or lifetime is fine, both options are preferred), a separate column for each "group", and the "Assigned, Completed, In Progress" tag/column for each course. INTENT: To plug info into a pivot table and chart progress by department (REF: Each department has a group in my setup) Note: (for those who want to duplicate this initiative) showcasing your findings in a vertical bar chart makes the tasks feel like a race to complete; a well-received visual for competitive teams. CURRENT OBSTICLES: Pulling "Live/Current" Course Completion Status- When exporting completion/status reports, the CSV includes all attempts a user made to complete a course. Example: John Q. was assigned "Application of the Hypocritic Oath" and failed on his first two attempts but was able to "complete" it on his third try, his report would reflect three separate courses. While this still gathers the information needed, it is unsustainable when auditing 500 learners. Filtering CSV Reports by Group - CSV reports, when exported as "All Groups" and not by a specific one, will reflect all the user's respective groups, which is fine, except all groups are landing in one column in the same text box. While this can be manually adjusted, it is not sustainable and I am looking for a cleaner, more segregated filing system. Our Learning & Development team is SO excited to hear everyone's thoughts/ comments/ and recommendations!8Views0likes0CommentsReplace existing certificate in Reach 360?
Hi, If I create a certificate in Storyline, is there a way to then add this certificate to an existing course created in Rise and published in Reach? Or does the whole course need to be fully created in storyline? I need to have more branding options for the course certificates other than what is offered in the existing template.28Views0likes2CommentsArticulate 360 User Guides are Moving!
Hey, everyone! As we get ready to say goodbye to 2025 and hello to 2026, we're setting you up for even greater success in the new year. In the next few weeks, we’re moving the user guides you know and love in ELH over to our other documentation database in Product Support! That means you’ll soon have a “one-stop shop" for all of your Articulate 360 documentation needs. This change will also improve the accuracy and responsiveness of Artie, our AI support agent. (Did you know you can ask Artie to find documentation for you instead of searching?) Unifying our databases enables us to analyze usage more deeply so we can better tailor our documentation to meet your needs. Plus, it gives us more options for translating user guides into other languages to serve our global community. Once everything has been transferred, the directories for the individual user guides you depend on (and may have bookmarked), like those for Storyline 360 and Rise 360, will remain available in ELH for your convenience. When you follow the links to the individual articles, they’ll take you to the Product Support knowledge base. We'll have landing pages for each Articulate 360 product there as well. We have a few more things to put in place before flipping the switch, but the transition should be seamless for you when it happens in the next few weeks. Let us know if you have any concerns or questions in the meantime.Solved164Views5likes3CommentsReach360 - Course Specific Learner Notification
Hi! We really need a way to set learner notifications by course. E.g. - our internal compliance/regulatory trainings would need to have reminders at set intervals that other courses don't need. Also, the ability to limit the reminders to only those users who have not completed the course!68Views0likes4CommentsQuiz Results in Reach 360 Learning Paths
Hi everyone, we've recently launched a curriculum with several pre- and post-assessments. Each set of assessments is in a separate Rise course, and each learning path has its own set of assessments. We've enrolled learners as a group, and not individually, in the courses. We cannot for the life of us find the quiz results in Reach. We know the learners can see their own results; however, once they complete the courses. What are we missing? 😅45Views0likes3CommentsContent access management for groups
Hello, i am just getting myself acqainted with this tool and had a few question which I hope you can clear. Assigning content to groups is fine, but is there a 'general content' section that I can create which, by default, can be accessed by all groups? Or am i supposed to create content and manually give access to all of my groups? Can we have certain compulsory and elective courses within groups, and also in the 'general content' section as previously mentioned? I understand that we can create rules in Storyline 360 by about users having to complete a set of compulsry scenes before accessing further scenes or content like quizzes etc. but I am seeking better clarity in this matter. What are all the ways available on this tool regarding reminders? I would like to explore all possibilities - whether it is about annual reminders, reminders to complete a course, due date reminders, reminders for compulsory courses but not the elective ones etc. It would be nice to have answer to this question asked by a member: Reach360 - Course Specific Learner Notification | Articulate - CommunityArticulate Menu
This isn't a big change, just a convenience request. For the articulate menu that shows all of the Desktop and Web apps, would it be possible to add Reach 360? This way if you want to go into that specific app, you can click on the Launch of that app vs having to Launch Rise 360 and then click on the tab of Reach 360. Please see the attached. Thank you for your review of the request. Julie Gorman Miami Cancer Institute31Views0likes2CommentsReach 360 Publishing updates
Hi All We are using Reach 360 for some external learners. We need to make regular updates, as things change fairly regularly for our users. When we make changes to a course and publish them to Reach 360, what happens to learners that have already started the previous version of the course but have not yet finished? When they come back to the course; Does it carry on with the old version and let them finish? Does it pick up the same spot in the newly published version and let them finish? Does it crash out or freeze on the version they started with, meaning they have to start all over again? Does it automatically revert them back to the beginning on the newly published version meaning they have to start again? It would be a real pain if someone was close to finishing but then had to start all over again. Any help would be great, thanks. Emz87Views0likes4Comments
