Feedback Overview on Completed Quiz
Hi! I recently got feedback from agents from my team that it would be really beneficial to have the option to check all of the quiz results, with questions answers etc at the end of the quiz, like a report of correct and incorrect answers to questions for verification. I think it would be beneficial to ad such option for learners. Thank you in advance for taking look on it.Adding a course to multiple Learning Paths
I have multiple learning paths based on the Position Assigned and Ship Class my Engineers support. As my team refines the training, we are adding new courses to multiple learning paths. When a course is developed and published it gives us the ability to add the course to a group or individual learners, but not a learning path. Is there a work around? Appreciate the help, SkipCourse Share not showing as in progress /completed in learner record
Is there a way that we can start having courses that were accessed using the share course link start to come up as in progress or completed in the learners record right now they don’t show up anywhere except for when they’re complete in the account on the right side, but it doesn’t even show what the course was.Feature Request: Folders Within Libraries for Easier Course Discovery
We provide training courses for multiple systems. Learners often look for training based on the system they use, so we would strongly appreciate folders within Libraries to group courses by system. Currently, even with separate libraries, courses appear as a single list to learners. Sorting is limited to “Recent” or alphabetical order, making it difficult to find the right course as the number of courses grows. Search alone is not sufficient, as learners may not know or enter the exact system name. Learning Paths work well for courses that should be completed in a specific sequence. However, our learners often need to access a specific system-related topic when needed, so Learning Paths cannot replace folders for organizing courses. We expect to manage around 50 courses in approximately 10 folders. Thank you for considering this request.Reach 360: Folders Needed
Creation of folders are needed for: Manage Groups under People Courses Learn Paths Libraries Topics Analysis Courses Learn Paths Having the ability to move items into an archived folder within that area that you can still review but it's not in the general view of what is active. Similar to folders that are in Review 360 and Rise 360. Thank you, Julie Gorman [email protected] BHSF WCI (formally MCI)Better Analytics in Reach 360
A summary report by course or learn path item that would give similar information of what was built in Articulate 360 main area tab Analytics. Some of the items requested exist today but to have on one page similar to the Analytics tab in the main Articulate 360 page would be helpful within Reach 360. You would choose the course, and choose a group if you want and summary would give all on one page similar to the analytics tab in Articulate 360 main area: Total Learners # Completed # in Progress # Not Started # Pass # Fail % Passed Avg Score Avg Hours Spent Learning (currently it gives total) Top x (pick 5 or 10) questions missed Questions where % correct was less than 60% AI suggestions what topic(s) from course to focus additional training on Advise top AI tutor questions asked within course Thank you Julie Gorman mailto:[email protected] BHSF WCI (formally MCI)Daily Completion Limits
I would love to see an option in Reach 360 that allows administrators to set a daily completion limit for a learning path. For some of our learning paths, we intentionally ask employees to complete only one lesson per day. The goal is to encourage them to slow down and absorb the information rather than rush through multiple lessons just to mark the training complete. Currently, we can communicate that expectation, but there is no way to enforce it within Reach 360. I usually only notice after someone has already completed multiple lessons in one day. It would be helpful to set a maximum number of lessons that can be completed per day or require a waiting period before the next lesson becomes available.Reach 360 - Annual Refresher Function
We are looking to use Reach 360 as our organisations preferred LMS, but one functionality that is missing, and it's a key one, is to be able to set courses that require an annual refresher, to have an expiry date. Is there a functionality that I have missed as all that I have read is a manual effort on my team's side, rather than an option we can add in.[URGENT] "Continue" button disappeared & restricted stopped functioning
Hello E-Learning Heroes, We have the same issue today. The "Continue" button works when connected via mobile device's browser but disappeared or doesn't work when connected via computer/laptop's browser (i.e. Chrome). I can't really delete the entire SCORM 1.2 course imported into our LMS (Rippling) because they are currently learners enrolled and working in progress on the course. Also, the side navigation bar restricted function stopped working even though it is turned on before exported into SCORM 1.2. Not only these two issues including the "Continue" button are not functioning in Rippling LMS, they are not functioning in Articulate Reach 360 as well as I tested this morning. Please help! Thanks, JonathanReach 360 - Force Pending Users to Join
Can we skip the Pending Users step in Reach 360 and force someone to join instead of the current system where they're sent an invite link which they then have to accept? We're currently using Reach 360 to distribute some internal compliance training. This training has a due date of completion within 30 days of being assigned. The Pending Users step is giving us two issues: Users who genuinely miss the email or have it get filtered to junk / spam. Users who never intend to click the link. This is a problem, because the learning isn't considered assigned while the user is pending. This means that: They're not included in that course's reports, meaning we're doing two reports - one for the course and one for a list of pending users to chase The 30 day time limit doesn't start counting down until they accept their Reach 360 invite This leads to a situation where someone can choose to never accept the invite, never have their training assigned and technically never have it be overdue. Is there an over-ride we're missing somewhere where we can skip that pending status and they're just active and assigned learning as soon as we add their email?
