Does anyone know if it's possible to block certain users from registering in Reach 360? We have employees signing up for courses in Reach 360 instead of using our internal LMS, as we use Reach 360 for non-employee audiences, and I'd like for employees to not occupy a seat in Reach 360. If blocking isn't an option (based on email domain, ideally), does anyone know if deleting a user disables their access to Reach 360?18Views0likes2CommentsLooking for Storyline experts to assist on a project

Hi everyone, we created a quiz in Rise 360 and activated the timer in the settings. In the preview the timer works well and learners are not allowed to complete the quiz, when the timer expires. As soon as we publish the Rise course to an LMS learners are allowed to complete the quiz even if the timer has expired. We published the course to Reach360 and another LMS. The problem occured in both cases. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is there a solution for it?Solved70Views0likes4CommentsCustomize or Change the Contact Person for Questions on Reach 360 Invitation
Hi Everyone! I am working to set up Reach 360. I need to customize the contact person and email address in the Reach 360 invitation email that is send to users who are imported. Currently it is showing my own work email address, but I would prefer it show my team's email address. Has anyone found a way to update this information? Here's a screenshot showing what I am hoping to update:15Views0likes1CommentSeeking Insights on DOM Attribute Changes in Storyline 360 Versions 3.87 to 3.91
Hello Articulate Community, I'm currently examining the backend code changes between Storyline 360 versions 3.87 and 3.91, specifically focusing on Document Object Model (DOM) attribute modifications. For instance, I've observed that the data-reactid attribute has been replaced with data-id in the published output. Understanding these changes is crucial for maintaining the functionality of custom JavaScript code that interacts with Storyline's output. Could anyone provide insights or documentation on: The rationale behind these attribute changes. A comprehensive list of similar DOM modifications between these versions. Best practices for adapting custom scripts to accommodate these updates. Your expertise and any resources you can share would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!43Views0likes1CommentQs about Reach360 (before I try to pitch it in a meeting)
So as the title suggests, I have a meeting on Monday with my boss and a couple other managers to sort out what LMS systems (authoring and LMS) we're going to use... as we currently have no in-house e-learning anything. Essentially, we're creating online learning with an assessment for specific vocational learners to accompany (and in some cases, replace) classroom learning. Material will more than likely be accessed via phone or tablet, and being able to track metrics, give completion certs, and (most importantly), be able to login with a personal email address (and not an internal email domain). I'm beyond familiar with Storyline and Rise and am going to push for using it as our authoring tool, however, being able to keep it all under the Articulate umbrella would make life a million times easier (for me.. at least). That being said, one of the managers is really pushing for us to use Canvas as our LMS.. which, yeah. I'm hoping that I can convince them to at least TRY using Reach because it seems to tick all the boxes for what we need. Thoughts? Or any other points that might be useful to add on Monday??14Views0likes1CommentSSO and external users with Rise?
Hi all, I'm not sure if it is possible to have both manual enrollment and SSO with Reach? The business has the Articulate administrators/users (eg. user@company.com.au is course administrator) The business provides training to users who are NOT in the business, eg they enroll jane@gmail.com to complete a course. Could we/should we enable SSO so that the business admins can jump into Rise without having to give passwords? Would that break the ability to enroll people outside the businesses domain? Sorry for the n00b security questions! Thanks, James.16Views0likes1CommentReach 360 csv file: looking for list of headers
Hi, I want to add users via a csv file and wondered if I can specify their role/permission ie. Learner, Reporter, Manager. Does anyone know what the correct heading is for this information to be added to the csv file or if it is possible to add their role? Merci, Olivier Dufour24Views0likes1CommentLearner Self Registration in Reach
I am trying to create a help resource for our learners to self register for Reach. However I am having trouble replicating this. Are there any tutorials on how to self register as a leaner for Reach - what do I see, steps to complete, etc? Thanks in advance!41Views0likes3Comments
