reach 360
143 TopicsReach reports incorrect quiz answer as 100% instead of a percentage of total responses?
We have a quiz in which Reach reports that Question 1 had 45 responses. Of that 45: 24 users entered the correct answer, which is 53%. 4 users entered a variation of the correct answer, which is 9%. 6 users entered an incorrect answer, which is 13%, but Reach reports it as 100%. In fact, all incorrect answers are showing 100%. Why? I can make the calculation manually, but why doesn't Reach make that calculation? I searched the forums and documentation for an answer, but didn't find anything. Thank you. -Eric26Views0likes2CommentsCourses Direct Links not Enrolling Properly
Hi, my issue is that whenever I send a learner a direct course link to enroll and take the course, it does the following: Enrolls them properly (says "Self-Enrolled" on my end) Link takes them directly to the course after they enroll Here is the issue: the course does not show up on their assigned courses and unless they finish it in one sitting, it dissappears Am I missing a step or something? Thanks for any help.23Views0likes1CommentReach 360 Test Quiz - Reported Score Math Is Wrong
I am testing out a super basic SCORM 2004 4th Edition Storyline 360 course to test a scoring bug I've been seeing on Reach 360. This test course is just a standard graded multiple choice question quiz with 5 mock questions. I did not change any of the major settings other than just setting it to be a SCORM 2004 4th Edition and using the standard insert results slide. I purposefully fail it the first time and the course gives me a score of 40% on the slide, with 80% being a passing score. But in the Analyze section of Reach 360 it shows a score of 50%. Here is the graded question answer breakdown screenshot: This is not the first time I've see completion and success scoring errors during my recent tests of Reach 360. The other bug I've found is that if I've got a Storyline 360 branching scenario course with two Final Assessment quizzes in the course, depending on which direction a learner takes, but not combining the scores from the two results slides, the score is reported wrong too. The learner sees one score on screen in the slide but the final score on the Analyze section in Reach 360 is always 100%, either red fail or green pass, but they got some questions wrong. I have absolutely checked to make sure that the variables created by storyline and used on each results slide are two distinctly named ones.32Views0likes2CommentsReach360 - Course Specific Learner Notification
Hi! We really need a way to set learner notifications by course. E.g. - our internal compliance/regulatory trainings would need to have reminders at set intervals that other courses don't need. Also, the ability to limit the reminders to only those users who have not completed the course!10Views0likes0CommentsSub Groups in Reach 360
It would be great if there could be sub-groups under user groups in Reach 360. For example, I have several clients who need to train groups of people. I would like to set up a group called Client A and then have subgroups (HR, Customer Service, IT, etc) that could be assigned targeted Courses and Learning Paths.9Views0likes0CommentsChange Thumbnail Image on Course Name
Hello! I am a brand new user of Reach 360. I'm in Reach 360, under the Manage tab. To the left of the course title, there's this dark blue rectangle. Can I change that somehow? Is this image pulling from the course in Rise 360? Thank you.101Views0likes7CommentsPass/Fail reporting in Reach360 from Storyline course
Hi all, what’s the best way to set up pass/fail reporting in Reach from a scenario-based graded course created in Storyline and uploaded as a Rise lesson? (Not a block within a course). I’m only getting the score if the user passes the quiz, otherwise it’s getting marked as incomplete.25Views0likes0Comments
