Uploading manuals to accompany courses on REACH
Hi there, wondering how you upload manuals and where you can store them. We have courses in REACH where registrants will receive a manual that is mailed to them. How or where can we upload a digital copy of the manual, instead of mailing one? Thanks Tracy

Error - unable to acquire LMS API
Hi, In testing a course created in Storyline 360 and uploaded to Reach, users accessing it on mobile (specifically at the moment Safari in iPhone) are finding themselves with the error message: Error - unable to acquire LMS API, content may not play properly and results may not be recorded. Please contact technical support. This doesn't happen at the same point in each attempt. Sometimes learners can progress through a number of questions before it'll crash, or sometimes only a couple. Included below is my own debug text from testing to crash. I've checked it in ScormCloud (runs fine on computer, crashes on mobile) and can't see anything useful to help me diagnose the issue. Can QR Code get to Review 360 without need to Sign In?
I want our students to access Storyline videos in Review 360 via a QR code. The QR code works, but the sign-in option remains. Keep in mind, they don't have to sign in. The video will play. However, I don't want the sign-in option to be there. I just want the video within Storyline to play. Is there a way to eliminate the sign-in screen? Would Reach 360 allow me to do this? I don't have experience with Reach 360, but I'm willing to learn if it will solve the problem.

Ability to Copy/Move Microlearnings to Courses
In Articulate 360, it’s possible to copy or move a lesson from one course to another, but there’s no equivalent capability for microlearning content. 🙄 Instead, users are forced to rebuild microlearning content as block templates every time they need to reuse it in a course, which is both inefficient and unnecessarily time-consuming. 🤬 This gap creates avoidable friction in what should be a straightforward workflow. Enabling the ability to copy or move microlearning content into courses would be a simple but high-impact improvement that would remove a lot of frustration and redundancy. Rather than focusing heavily on AI features, it would be great to see attention given to strengthening these core content management capabilities that directly affect day-to-day productivity. I am sure I am not the first person to share this feedback. Thanks for your time and consideration! 🙂

Reach360 creates a new course every time I republish my Storyline update
Hi Everyone, I’m trying to update an existing Storyline 360 course that is already published in Reach360, but Reach360 never gives me the “Publish Updates” option for the original course. Instead, every time I republish, it creates a completely new course. Here’s exactly what’s happening: I made some adjustments in my Storyline file (changes to triggers so slides resume their saved state when revisiting). When I republish the course using Publish → Reach360, Reach360 treats it as a brand‑new course, not an update. The existing training in Reach360 never shows a “Publish Updates” button. As a test, I created a copy of the Storyline project and changed the title. When I published that copy to Reach360, it also saved as a new course, which I expected. Then I republished the same copy again, and in that case, Reach360 did show the “Publish Updates” option — so updates do work on the copy. But when I open the original Storyline file (the one that created the active course in Reach360) and republish, Reach360 always creates a new course. It never offers the “Publish Updates” option for the existing one. So, my test shows that the update workflow works correctly on the copy, but not on the original project that is already live in Reach360. Why is Reach360 unable to recognize the republish from my original Storyline project as an update, when it does recognize updates from the copied project? Any insight into what conditions must match for Reach360 to treat a republish as an update (instead of a new course) would be really helpful. Thanks in advance! Michael

New to Artuculate
I am relatively new to the Articulate Portfolio of products and building out a new training program for my company. My program managers are in multiple locations so hands on training to show them how to manage their people in Reach is limited. Has anyone designed a Rise or Storyline module that shows someone assigned to the manager role how to utilize the data in Reach for their assigned people?
