reach 360
217 TopicsReach reports incorrect quiz answer as 100% instead of a percentage of total responses?
We have a quiz in which Reach reports that Question 1 had 45 responses. Of that 45: 24 users entered the correct answer, which is 53%. 4 users entered a variation of the correct answer, which is 9%. 6 users entered an incorrect answer, which is 13%, but Reach reports it as 100%. In fact, all incorrect answers are showing 100%. Why? I can make the calculation manually, but why doesn't Reach make that calculation? I searched the forums and documentation for an answer, but didn't find anything. Thank you. -Eric13Views0likes1CommentReach 360: Manage API Keys
To use the Reach 360 API, you need API keys. Once generated, API keys give you access to the API and let us help you out in the event something’s not working right. Creating them is quick and easy to do! Here’s how. Generate API Keys Manage API Keys Step 1: Generate API Keys API keys provide access to the Reach 360 API. A best practice is to generate a key for each app or integration you’re using. That way, if there’s an issue with a particular implementation, you can delete it without undoing all your API work. Note: You can see the value of an API key only at generation. Once you receive a generated key, treat it like a password. Save API keys in a secure file or application, keeping them out of version control systems, and accessible only to authorized personnel. Navigate to Manage > Settings. Click Manage API Keys. Click Generate New Key. Enter a name for your key. This can be anything you like, but we recommend that it reflects the name of the application or integration the key will be used for. Click Generate Key. Copy the new API key that displays. This will be your only chance to copy the key. If you navigate away from this page before copying the key, you must delete it and generate a new one. Treat it like you would a password. Reach 360 Support will never ask for your API key. Note: Reach 360 also sends notification emails to you and the account owner when each API key is created, but these emails don't contain the API key. Save your new API key to a secure file or application. Treat it like a password. Add as many API keys as you need, copying and saving them as they’re generated. Go back to Settings when you’re done generating keys. Step 2: Manage API Keys Once your API keys are generated, you can get usage information about each one and delete them if necessary. See all the keys generated for your account by selecting the Manage > Settings tab and clicking Manage API Keys. The API Keys page lists your generated API keys, when (and by whom) they were generated, and the last time they were used. You can’t access API key values. Revoke individual API keys by clicking the trash can icon that appears when you hover over the entry. It’s revoked once you click I Understand, Revoke This Key to confirm. You can also revoke all generated API keys at once by clicking Revoke All. You’ll need to enter DELETE and click Revoke All to confirm. Note: When you revoke an API key, the applications and integrations using it will no longer be able to access the Reach 360 API. You can’t recover revoked API keys.2.2KViews1like0CommentsCourses Direct Links not Enrolling Properly

Thanks for any help.21Views0likes1CommentReach 360 Test Quiz - Reported Score Math Is Wrong
I am testing out a super basic SCORM 2004 4th Edition Storyline 360 course to test a scoring bug I've been seeing on Reach 360. This test course is just a standard graded multiple choice question quiz with 5 mock questions. I did not change any of the major settings other than just setting it to be a SCORM 2004 4th Edition and using the standard insert results slide. I purposefully fail it the first time and the course gives me a score of 40% on the slide, with 80% being a passing score. But in the Analyze section of Reach 360 it shows a score of 50%. Here is the graded question answer breakdown screenshot: This is not the first time I've see completion and success scoring errors during my recent tests of Reach 360. The other bug I've found is that if I've got a Storyline 360 branching scenario course with two Final Assessment quizzes in the course, depending on which direction a learner takes, but not combining the scores from the two results slides, the score is reported wrong too. The learner sees one score on screen in the slide but the final score on the Analyze section in Reach 360 is always 100%, either red fail or green pass, but they got some questions wrong. I have absolutely checked to make sure that the variables created by storyline and used on each results slide are two distinctly named ones.26Views0likes2CommentsReach360 - Course Specific Learner Notification
Hi! We really need a way to set learner notifications by course. E.g. - our internal compliance/regulatory trainings would need to have reminders at set intervals that other courses don't need. Also, the ability to limit the reminders to only those users who have not completed the course!4Views0likes0CommentsSub Groups in Reach 360
It would be great if there could be sub-groups under user groups in Reach 360. For example, I have several clients who need to train groups of people. I would like to set up a group called Client A and then have subgroups (HR, Customer Service, IT, etc) that could be assigned targeted Courses and Learning Paths.6Views0likes0Comments
