Reach 360 csv file: looking for list of headers
Hi,
I want to add users via a csv file and wondered if I can specify their role/permission ie. Learner, Reporter, Manager. Does anyone know what the correct heading is for this information to be added to the csv file or if it is possible to add their role?

Thanks for reaching out!
I want to confirm that roles such as Reporter or Manager cannot be specified or modified through a CSV import for Reach 360. You can manage these roles through the Articulate 360 Account Management Console.
- I want to mention that admins, managers, and reporters can't be converted to learners. To make an existing admin, manager, or reporter a learner, you must first delete the user and then re-invite them using their same email address.
You can only add learners when adding users to Reach 360 via a CSV file.
- To add learners, you'll need to include their first names, last names, email addresses, and, optionally, their group memberships in the CSV file. Here's a helpful guide on how to manage users and groups via CSV in Reach 360.
