Review 360 Accessibility Issues
Hi! We are experiencing multiple issues with Review 360 in terms of accessibility and the Comments panel.
- The color contrast between the background and the text box is only 1.1:1
- The color contrast between the text box and the prompt text (e.g., Add a comment) is only 1.3:1
- The hidden menu for editing and deleting comments is only accessible to mouse users. It cannot be accessed via keyboard navigation.
The color contrast issues are persistent throughout the Articulate 360 site, including on the sign in page.
Is Articulate working to correct these issues so the tool meets (or exceeds) Section 508, WCAG AA, and WCAG AAA requirements?

Hello MelissaSayre-94,
Thanks for bringing these to our attention!
Review 360's accessibility still requires optimization at this time. Our current priority is to improve the accessibility of published output for learners. Review 360 is for gathering course feedback from your SMEs and stakeholders and not for distribution or long-term hosting.
With that being said, we are aware of the need to improve the contrast in Review 360 to adhere to WCAG accessibility guidelines, and we have this logged as a feature request. I've added your voice to the report so we can notify you as soon as the accessibility improvements make their way to Review 360. I've also logged the third point you raised as a possible bug since keyboard users are locked out of using the options in the hidden menu.
Thanks for maintaining Review 360's accessibility. We'll update you as soon as we have anything new to share!
