SSO and external users with Rise?
Hi all,
I'm not sure if it is possible to have both manual enrollment and SSO with Reach?
The business has the Articulate administrators/users (eg. user@company.com.au is course administrator)
The business provides training to users who are NOT in the business, eg they enroll jane@gmail.com to complete a course.
Could we/should we enable SSO so that the business admins can jump into Rise without having to give passwords?
Would that break the ability to enroll people outside the businesses domain?

Thanks for reaching out!
I first wanted to clarify that only Articulate 360 seat holders can access Rise 360. Setting up SSO for Reach 360 won't automatically give your business admins access to the Rise 360 environment. That said, you can enable SSO and still allow manual course enrollment in Reach 360. I opened a support case for you to get you in touch with our dedicated Reach 360 support team so they can answer any questions you may have about setting up SSO and course-related concerns. Please keep an eye out for an email from them in your inbox!
