Reach360 - Course Specific Learner Notification

Hi! We really need a way to set learner notifications by course. E.g. - our internal compliance/regulatory trainings would need to have reminders at set intervals that other courses don't need. Also, the ability to limit the reminders to only those users who have not completed the course!

      Hi sania_singhania,

Thanks for checking in here! LarissaLovejoy brought up a great question about course-specific notifications in Reach 360, and I can see why you’d be looking for the same thing.

Having more control over reminder timing and who receives those reminders would make a big difference in managing certain trainings.

We’ve shared this idea with our product team so they can consider it as they continue developing notification settings. If there’s anything specific about your workflow that would make this even more helpful, feel free to add it here.

        Hi EricSantos ,

Thanks for your attention to my reply on this post, I really appreciate it.

Do you mean that the learner notifications currently do not support the features listed above? To be specific, I am talking about customising who receives the reminders and for which course.

I would rather believe that these are very basic features, in which the triggers would be to either send someone a reminder of an approaching due date or something similar. If such basic features are not incorporated in learner notifications yet, then what are the features that are actually included?

Could you kindly give me a quick summary of all possibilities that one can have while using learner notifications for a particular course? Please consider it for individuals as well as on the group level.

        Thank you for your assistance!
