Better highlighting of searched words in Notes tab

When searching my storyline files for words I need to give attention to in the notes, it is very difficult to see where the program has found the word. Can the color and/or contrast for this be made so it is more visible? It would be nice if it highlighted all the use cases found instead of only the next one.
